How can I book a stay at Camping Le Bellevue in La Tranche-sur-Mer?
You can book in just a few clicks via our online booking module by entering your dates and the number of travelers, then selecting the accommodation of your choice.

When should I book to get the best choice of accommodation?
To benefit from the widest choice of vacation rentals (sea view, size, range), we advise you to book several months in advance, especially for summer and holiday weekends.
Bookings open as early as November: this is the best time to take advantage of early-booking offers and guarantee your preferred accommodation.
Can I cancel or change a reservation?
Yes, subject to conditions. Changes are possible subject to availability and if you have taken out our cancellation guarantee (5€/night).
Thanks to this guarantee, you can cancel up to D-1 before arrival:
- Up to D-30: reimbursement of amounts paid (excluding guarantee and handling fees), without proof of payment.
- Between D-29 and D-1: full refund with proof* (excluding guarantee and handling fees).

Can we arrive on a day other than Saturday?
In low season, you can arrive every day(except in exceptional cases during bank holiday weekends).
In high season (July/August), arrivals are on Saturday and Wednesday*.

Do I have to pay a deposit when booking?
Yes.
- Reservations made more than 30 days before arrival: 30% deposit, balance to be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.
- Reservations -30 days before arrival: full payment on booking.

Do any of our accommodations offer a sea view?
Yes, many of our rentals have a magnificent view of the nature reserve:
- Villa Ciel & Mer,
- the entire Cosy sea-facing range.
Are mobile homes equipped with air conditioning?
No, our accommodations are not air-conditioned, but fans are available free of charge at reception.
Is there baby-friendly accommodation?
Yes, our rentals are perfectly suited to young children. We can remove a single bed to install a cot.

Are sheets and towels provided?
Includes :
- Villa & Cottages Cosy: beds made + towels

Outside these ranges, linen hire is available as an option via the campsite services.
What is the maximum accommodation capacity?
Our accommodations can sleep from 2 to 8 people, depending on the model. The exact capacity is indicated on each accommodation sheet.
Is it possible to park your car nearby?
The campsite is entirely pedestrianized. Parking is available in our secure parking lot at the entrance.

Does the campsite have a heated swimming pool?
Yes, enjoy our heated outdoor swimming pool (renovated in 2024), open from mid-May to September.

Is there a restaurant or bar on site?
We don’t have a restaurant, but you can relax at Bar Le Spot, facing the reserve.
Tapas, platters, ice creams and summer concerts await you.

Does the campsite offer a breakfast service?
Yes, we offer two breakfast options every morning at Bar Le Spot, overlooking the nature reserve.

Is there Wi-Fi access at the campsite?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the campsite and accommodation.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, we accept pets in most of our accommodation, making Le Bellevue a dog-friendly campsite in the Vendée – ideal for a vacation with your four-legged friend.
To guarantee comfort for all:
- Only 1 pet allowed per accommodation
- Maximum weight: 20 kg
- Compulsory up-to-date vaccination certificate
- Dogs on a leash on the campsite
Pets are not allowed in the Villa Ciel & Mer, the Cottages Cosy face mer and the Loggias.
A supplement of €5/night is charged for their stay.

Are there any nature walks or bike rides around the campsite?
The campsite faces the Belle-Henriette Nature Reserve, ideal for wildlife watching.
You can join the cycle paths of the Vélodyssée and La Vendée à vélo.

Where are the nearest beaches?
The Belle-Henriette beach is 900 m from the campsite, accessible on foot via the coastal path.

Is the campsite environmentally friendly?
Yes, Le Bellevue is deeply committed to an eco-responsible approach, consistent with its privileged location opposite the Belle-Henriette Nature Reserve. Since 2021, we have been implementing concrete actions to preserve local biodiversity, reduce our environmental impact and offer a nature-friendly stay.
Our ecological commitments include
- The planting of endemic Vendée species (resistant plants that require little water and are favourable to local fauna).
- The use of natural or recycled materials in the renovation of our Loggias and infrastructures.
- The introduction of soft mobility solutions, such as bike rentals and the organization of the campsite as a 100% pedestrian site to limit car traffic.
- A charging station for electric vehicles, to encourage clean travel.
- Open-access compost for organic waste.
- A shared herb garden, maintained by the team and made available to guests.
- Active waste reduction: our commitment has won us the 2024 Waste Reduction Challenge.
- Raising holidaymakers’ awareness of the need to protect the nature reserve (educational panels, reminders of respectful behavior, promotion of nature walks without disturbing wildlife).

Can I come to the campsite without a car?
Yes, the campsite is accessible by bike via the cycle paths.
In summer, the Fun Bus passes in front of the campsite and links up with the town center of La Tranche-sur-Mer. Convenient for trips into town, shopping or a stroll along the seafront.

We’re located at 156 boulevard de Lattre de Tassigny, in La Tranche-sur-Mer, Vendée.
How do I get to the campsite (car, train, bike)?
- By car: D46, route de la Faute-sur-Mer, opposite Pépinières Claveau. The campsite is located between La Grière and La Faute-sur-Mer, just outside La Tranche-sur-Mer.
- By bike: along the Vélodyssée
- By bus: Fun Bus in summer
